Funky flight is fine when shooting, not so much with passing and trapping. The dimples also make the ball sticky. That's awesome for ankle breaker moves, but you have to be careful that it isn't your own ankle. The cover is sturdy and holds up well to abrasions and cuts. It's not immune to stains, but washes well. The padding can deform. Like when you have it wedged under the seat and then you pull it out you'll see the depression. Eventually it regains its shape. I have to take issue with the 'official match ball' moniker. Examining mine closely, the gaps between the star points are not consistent, some are embarrassing. I don't think there should be gaps at all. A couple of my gaps have globs of adhesive. I just don't think they'd let Rooney and Messi play with a ball with such inconsistent construction. Which brings me to the title of my review. MSRP was $150. That's too much...
